Very interesting article! I especially like all the references to the New Testament instead of focusing in totally on the Hebrew figurative style of wriitng. One important aspect is missing, and that is the clear indication of fulfillment of these verses. You had alluded to “believing” that this had been fulfilled but offered no real proof other than allusions to the NT – and very good allusions might I add. How about linking Romans 15:12 with Isaiah 11:10′s “in that day” (referring back to Isaiah 11:1-9) showing how the grafting in of the Gentiles HAD ALREADY OCCURRED prooving that the kingdom of Messiah HAD ARRIVED in accordance with every OT prophecy.
